The conference will address aspects relevant to the physics, technology and applications of new materials and structures with the determined functional properties LocationThe conference will be held in Partenit. Partenit is a small city on a Southern coast of Crimea. Accommodation will be available at the resting-house "Crimea". Cost of residing is about 50 Euro per day, including accommodation (one place in two-beds room), beach, breakfast, dinner, and super. The conference sessions will be at the resting-house "Crimea".
